Songbird Salon Policies

To provide the best experience for all guests and honor the time of our team, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following policies:

Booking

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. No charges will be made unless our cancellation policy is violated.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  1. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s).

  2. Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).

  3. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s), and payment must be made before booking future appointments.

Please note: Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your full service.
If you are 15 minutes or more late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and charge 50% of the scheduled service(s).

Redo Policy

We want you to love your results. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right within the next 1-2 weeks.
For color services, adjustments may incur additional charges depending on the correction needed.

Curly Cut Guests

When visiting Songbird Salon for a curly cut, please arrive for your appointment with clean, detangled, and dry hair that has been styled within the last two days. Hair should be completely down to ensure no stretch in the natural curl pattern. Hair should not be pinned up or in a ponytail or bun. If you arrive with hair not in the requested condition, you will need to reschedule and fees may apply.

At Songbird Salon, we are committed to being mindful of our environmental footprint. We partner with SalonScale — a precision system that measures every ounce of color used — so we can customize pricing for each guest while significantly reducing product waste. Through this program, we're able to minimize excess materials as that waste is measured and removed from your formula going forward, helping us operate in a more eco-conscious way.
