Songbird Salon Policies

To provide the best experience for all guests and honor the time of our team, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following policies:

Booking

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. No charges will be made unless our cancellation policy is violated.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  1. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s).

  2. Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).

  3. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s), and payment must be made before booking future appointments.

Please note: Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your full service.
If you are 15 minutes or more late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and charge 50% of the scheduled service(s).

Redo Policy

We want you to love your results. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
For color services, adjustments may incur additional charges depending on the correction needed.
